Motivated Mama – Day 5

Today is Friday! WooHoo, I made it through my first 5 days of change. Today I did the awesome little 10 minute workout, and I ate pretty good. Tried to add in as many vegetables and fruits as I could. I have a little trouble with my protein intake since I don’t really care to cook meat for myself. I only eat chicken and that can be quite gross at times when cleaning it before cooking it. I must have it absolutely fat/skin/vein free and it grosses me out to do all that all the time. So I tend to skip meat a lot. But today I had eggs for breakfast (omelet), one whole egg and two egg whites, some chicken for supper and I’m about to snack on some celery with peanut butter. So I should get a little more protein than usual today.
I have been craving chocolate and cola today. And I’ll pat myself on the back because I didn’t have either. I did eat a serving of fat free vanilla frozen yogurt with my son today as an afternoon snack. Yummylicious!
